The general terms and conditions of the website specialnijunaki.si are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce. The online store www.posebnijunaki.si is managed by the company FLIS SPECIAL, d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the company).
By registering at www.posebnijunaki.si/customer/account/create/ you become a member of the Special Heroes of the online store (owned by FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o.). Registered members as well as guests (hereinafter referred to as customers) who make a quick purchase and do not need to register before making a purchase have the right to purchase in the special store specialniunaki.si (hereinafter the online store special heroes).
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, and a password. If a user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so in their user profile.

PRODUCT OFFER AND PRICES
The price in the Special Heroes online store is the same for both registered members and guests of the online store.
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
All prices in the Special Heroes online store are product prices and do not include shipping costs.
Due to the nature of business via the World Wide Web, the offer, stocks and prices in the Special Heroes online store can change frequently and quickly.
All prices are valid only for electronic ordering of products through the online store Special Heroes. Discounts do not add up. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Despite efforts to ensure the accuracy of price and stock data, the data on these may be inaccurate. The purchase contract between the online store Special Heroes (hereinafter the provider) and the customer is concluded at the time when the provider confirms the order (customer) and sends it electronically to the customer's email address. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding on both the provider and the buyer.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The Special Heroes online store provides the customer with the following methods of payment for the purchase of products:
with cash on delivery,
with advance transfer of the purchase price to the transaction account of the company according to the offer or proforma invoice;
with payment or credit card (BA, Maestro, Diners Club, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa) - COMING SOON;
Payment with a payment or credit card is only possible if the data in the user profile for the payer are the same as the data in the user profile for the payment or credit card holder.
The delivery time for products in stock is 3 working days for delivery addresses in Slovenia, unless the delivery service determines otherwise. For other products, the delivery time stated next to the product in the Special Heroes online store applies. Any product from the Special Heroes online store that is in stock is available within a reasonable time.
When placing a purchase order, the customer can specify one of the following methods of taking over the products:
in person, at the address of the company FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ul.23, 3000 Celje; in this case, no postage shall be paid or
after postal collection, in which case postage is also paid.

If you want to complete the purchase, select the "Complete purchase" link, which will continue with the purchase process in the shopping cart.
Removing and adding a product to the shopping cart: If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, select the "remove" checkbox in front of the product you want to remove from the shopping cart. Method of payment: we choose between the following methods of payment - payment by cash on delivery, payment by proforma invoice, payment by payment or. credit card or Paypal payment.
Coupons and gift cards: If you have a valid discount coupon or gift card, enter its code in the appropriate field and select the "Confirm" button.
Order overview: the products we have added to the shopping cart are displayed. The review states the price of the product, the cost of postage, the value of VAT and the total price of the order.
Completion of the order: Before completing the order, we must review the information provided for delivery, method of payment, and the contents of the shopping cart. Confirm the order by clicking on the "Submit order" button. If the order has been successfully completed, the text '' Your order (No. Xxxx) has been successfully placed will be displayed on the website. Thank you for your purchase! '' The sales contract between the online store Special Heroes and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms your order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding on both parties.
Issuance of invoice: Online store Special Heroes after payment and delivery of ordered products sends the invoice to the customer in PDF format to the customer's e-mail address. The invoice shall state the price and other costs related to the purchase and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Purchase notification procedure: After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to registered users of the online store. The owner of the online store reserves the right to contact the customer by phone for the purpose of verifying data or ensuring the accuracy of delivery.
BUYER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In this case, the buyer unambiguously informs the company to his e-mail address email@example.com that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer must no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the order to FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o. return the purchased product to the address: FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ulica 23, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
The customer returns the product undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer's fault. The invoice and the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned purchase price are attached to the return of the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
In the event that a promotional discount code or gift card code was used at the time of purchase, the amount of the purchase price paid will be returned to the customer's bank account, and a new promotional discount or gift card code will be provided to the customer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The online store Special Heroes makes every effort to ensure that the information published on our website is up-to-date and correct. In the event that the up-to-dateness of the data cannot be ensured in time, the customer will be notified of the changes, and at the same time he will be able to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.

Special Heroes will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five business days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it, and keep him informed of the progress of the process. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the company does its best to resolve any disputes amicably.
