How to make a purchase
Product selection: In the online store Special Heroes, select the product and click on the "Add to cart" link. The system notifies us that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you want to continue shopping, select the "Continue shopping" link to return to the online store. If you want to complete the purchase, select the "Complete purchase" link, which will continue with the purchase process in the shopping cart.
Choosing a product to order: If you want to order a product of your choice from the Billy Footwear catalog, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Removing and adding a product to the shopping cart: If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, select the "remove" checkbox in front of the product you want to remove from the shopping cart. If you want to add a specific product to the cart, select the "Continue shopping" link to return to the online store.
Shopping cart: In the online store Special Heroes, in the upper right corner, there is an icon "Shopping cart", which displays the products that we have added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must complete the following categories:
Delivery address: enter name, surname, e-mail address, address, place, postal code and tel. number. Information is needed to complete and confirm the order and to deliver the product. Starred fields are required. If we have created a user account and registered, we do not need to fill in the required fields again, as our data is already saved.
Delivery cost: we choose between a contractual delivery service with FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o. or personal collection at the company's headquarters in Celje.
Method of payment: we choose between the following methods of payment - payment by cash on delivery, payment by proforma invoice, payment by payment or. credit card or Paypal payment (UNDER EDITING).
Coupons and gift cards: If you have a valid discount coupon or gift card, enter its code in the appropriate field and select the "Confirm" button.
Order overview: the products we have added to the shopping cart are displayed. The review states the price of the product, the cost of postage, the value of VAT and the total price of the order.
Completion of the order: Before completing the order, we must review the information provided for delivery, method of payment, and the contents of the shopping cart. Confirm the order by clicking on the "Submit order" button. If the order has been successfully completed, the text '' Your order (No. Xxxx) has been successfully placed will be displayed on the website. Thank you for your purchase! '' The sales contract between the online store Special Heroes and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms your order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding on both parties.
Issuance of invoice: Online store Special Heroes after payment and delivery of ordered products sends the invoice to the customer in PDF format to the customer's e-mail address. The invoice shall state the price and other costs related to the purchase and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Purchase notification procedure: After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to registered users of the online store. The owner of the online store reserves the right to contact the customer by phone for the purpose of verifying data or ensuring the accuracy of delivery.
BUYER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In this case, the buyer unambiguously informs the company to his e-mail address email@example.com that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer must no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the order to FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o. return the purchased product to the address: FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ulica 23, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
The customer returns the product undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer's fault. The invoice and the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned purchase price are attached to the return of the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
In the event that a promotional discount code or gift card code was used at the time of purchase, the amount of the purchase price paid will be returned to the customer's bank account, and a new promotional discount or gift card code will be provided to the customer.
