The delivery time for products in stock is 3 working days for delivery addresses in Slovenia, unless the delivery service determines otherwise. Purchased products in our online store are also sent to delivery addresses in Croatia, in which case longer delivery times apply (4-7 working days). Any product from the Special Heroes online store that is in stock is available within a reasonable time.
We will deliver the purchased goods via Pošta Slovenije. The price of delivery in Slovenia is 4.90 EUR with VAT. The price of delivery to Croatia is also EUR 4.90 including VAT.
When placing a purchase order, the customer can specify one of the following methods of taking over the products:
- in person, at the address of the company FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ul.23, 3000 Celje; in this case, no postage shall be paid or
- with the delivery service, in which case postage is also paid.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In this case, the buyer unambiguously informs the company to his e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer must no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the order to FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o. return the purchased product to the address: FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ulica 23, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. The cost of return is borne by the buyer. The customer returns the product undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and in unaltered quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer's fault.
The invoice and the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned purchase price are attached to the return of the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
In the event that a promotional discount code or gift card code was used at the time of purchase, the amount of the purchase price paid will be returned to the customer's bank account, and a new promotional discount or gift card code will be provided to the customer.
The consumer may exercise the rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the thing.
Deliver the product to us for inspection. In addition, we ask you to attach a copy of the invoice to reimburse the cost of sending the package to our address.
The consumer, who has correctly notified the seller of the defect, has the right to require the seller to rectify the defect on the product or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective product with a new faultless one or refund the amount paid.
A material error is considered when:
- the article does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for marketing,
- the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him,
- the item does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- if the seller has delivered a thing that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notice only.
The seller is not liable for material defects in the product that appear after two years have elapsed since the item was delivered. A defect in things shall be deemed to have already existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.
The right to assert a material defect in an article is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Normal product wear is not considered a material defect.
Mechanically damaged shoes e.g. from crawling, use of sports equipment, etc. they are not a reason for complaint.
