GENERAL

The general terms and conditions of the website posebnijunaki.si are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce. The online store www.posebnijunaki.si is managed by the company FLIS SPECIAL, d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

PRODUCT OFFER AND PRICES

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

• with advance transfer of the purchase price to the transaction account of the company according to the offer or proforma invoice;

The delivery time for products in stock is 3 working days for delivery addresses in Slovenia, unless the delivery service determines otherwise. When placing a purchase order, the customer can specify one of the following methods of taking over the products:

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

• Coupons and gift cards: If you have a valid discount coupon or gift card, enter its code in the appropriate field and select the "Confirm" button.
• Order overview: the products we have added to the shopping cart are displayed. The review states the price of the product, the cost of postage, the value of VAT and the total price of the order.
• Completion of the order: Before completing the order, you must review the information provided for delivery, method of payment, and the contents of the shopping cart. Confirm the order by clicking on the "Submit order" button. If the order has been successfully completed, the text '' Your order (No. Xxxx) has been successfully placed will be displayed on the website. Thank you for your purchase! '' The sales contract between the online store Posebni Junaki and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms your order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding on both parties.
• Issuance of invoice: Online store Posebni Junaki after payment and delivery of ordered products sends the invoice to the customer in PDF format to the customer's e-mail address. The invoice shall state the price and other costs related to the purchase and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase.

BUYER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In this case, the buyer unambiguously informs the company to his e-mail address info@posebnijunaki.si that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer must no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the order to FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o. return the purchased product to the address: FLIS SPECIAL d.o.o., Tržaška ulica 23, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The customer returns the product undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer's fault. The invoice and the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned purchase price are attached to the return of the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

In the event that a promotional discount code or gift card code was used at the time of purchase, the amount of the purchase price paid will be returned to the customer's bank account, and a new promotional discount or gift card code will be provided to the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The online store Posebni Junaki makes every effort to ensure that the information published on our website is up-to-date and correct. In the event that the up-to-dateness of the data cannot be ensured in time, the customer will be notified of the changes, and at the same time he will be able to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.

From the moment the consignment of the ordered products is delivered to the post office / delivery service, the Posebni Junaki online store is not responsible for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the consignment, nor for the absence of content in the mail.

Posebni Junaki will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five business days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it, and keep him informed of the progress of the process. Posebni Junaki is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the company does its best to resolve any disputes amicably.

In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the competent court is the domicile of the buyer.
